Nectar is an AI-powered writing tool that helps you draft emails, texts, and other messages in your personal communication style. It is not a professional service. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or any other professional advice.
You are responsible for everything you enter into Nectar and everything you do with the output. Review all generated text before sending it. Nectar is a tool. You are the decision maker. Do not enter sensitive personal information including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, or medical records. NectarApp LLC is not responsible for any sensitive information you choose to submit.
Nectar uses artificial intelligence to generate text. AI can make mistakes. Generated text may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. Always review before sending. NectarApp LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any generated content.
Nectar offers 10 free interactions per day. Additional interactions can be purchased for $3 per 100 interactions. Purchased interactions expire 30 days after purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. NectarApp LLC does not store your payment information.
Nectar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The text Nectar generates for you is yours. We claim no ownership over your output. However, the Nectar platform, brand, design, and underlying technology belong to NectarApp LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NectarApp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nectar. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
